This was the best thing I could’ve ever decided to do. I started out the 6 week challenge weighing 330 pounds December 31 2018. Today February 11 2019 I finished the six week challenge weighing in at 304.4. I signed up to loose only 20 pounds but with help from the trainers I lost even more. The trainers push you to your limit and make everything seem hard but very possible. They help out with everything from modifying your exercise to change and helping you stick to your nutritional goal. They keep you accountable and are there with you every step of the way. Try it!!! I found FACT in May of 2018 and participated in the 6 week challenge. I’ve heard of other loosing 20lbs in that time frame, but never believed it was possible until I met Austin and his team. There aren’t enough words to describe how dedicated the coaches are and the community is amazing! I lost the weight and got stronger through the endless motivation, fun, and drive instilled by the FACT Fam! Thank you all and I highly recommend this gym/community. I have been struggling with my weight for about 4 years now and have had a gym membership but would never go and do it on my own and I stumbled across this program called FACT that helped push me to better myself and maintain a healthy weight and diet and after 6 weeks I was able to knock 20 lbs off my body!! Now I feel confident to go out, I can fit it jeans that I wasn’t able to fit in before and overall feel good about myself again. The trainers helped me a lot through my journey and were very encouraging and patient with me. This place is amazing! It’s a great place to meet people and workout. The coaches are very kind and friendly. They take time to teach you how to improve your workouts and nutrition. Working on the 6 week challenge. It is week 3 and I have already lost a little over 20lbs. Everyone is supportive and they hold you accountable. They are excited to see you when you walk in the door. I recommend this gym to anyone that is ready to change their life into a healthy one. - Josh
